Charanjit Singh Sahi is a prolific Punjabi language writer and poet. His works have been published in the Punjab Times, a leading Punjabi newspaper in North America.
A rich tradition of Punjabi prose and poetic literature has existed from the Medieval Period through to the Post-Independence and Modern Eras. It is in this same tradition that Charanjit composes his pieces, reinforced by the recurring themes of family, Punjabi culture, class struggle, nature, spirituality and living holistically. In creating this body of work, it is his hope that he can share his unique perspective the Punjabi communities of North America and beyond.
